1. About us

These Terms govern your use of the website operated by Saltus Holdings Africa Pty Ltd (registration 2013/178000/07, VAT 4950273450) ("Saltus", "we", "our"), a South African manufacturer of composite hemp-fibre poles and modular pods. By using this site, requesting a quote or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes and pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), exclusive of VAT unless stated, and quoted ex-factory from our facility. Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue and remain subject to final engineering review, site conditions, freight, and material availability at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders and payment

A quote becomes an order only once accepted in writing by both parties and the applicable deposit has cleared. Production timelines start on deposit receipt. Balance is due prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in a signed order confirmation.

4. Loyalty programme

Loyalty points are a goodwill reward, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted or expired at Saltus's discretion for fraud, chargeback or abuse. Points accrue when a quote is marked delivered and may be redeemed against future quotes at 1 point = R1, capped at 50% of the subtotal per order.

5. Intellectual property

All text, images, designs, specifications and drawings on this site are the property of Saltus or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saltus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or excludes any rights the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 grants you.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
